What happens after I pick a tier?
Every engagement starts with a DEOS Audit against your business specifically. From there, work is scoped against whichever dimensions score weakest, not a generic checklist — so the first month looks different for every client.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. Engagements run month-to-month. You can step down a tier, pause, or end the engagement with 30 days' notice — there's no multi-year lock-in.
Do you work with businesses outside Lagos or Nigeria?
Yes. Riverways is based in Lagos, but engagements run fully remote — the DEOS framework and delivery process don't depend on physical location.
What's actually different between the tiers beyond price?
Scope and speed. Higher tiers cover more of the nine DEOS dimensions simultaneously and get faster turnaround — the underlying methodology is identical across every tier.
